Spirit was established in June 2004 with more than 15 years history. Our clients are mainly from Mainland China. We have completed over 500 projects in 30 cities. -
Branches
To meet our business expansion, we set up our Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen branch offices in December 2009, March 2010 and October 2019 respectively so that we are able to response quickly and effectively to customer's needs. -

Programming
To gather and analyze information of an organization, and establish “Space Program” which contains qualitative and quantitative data for planning and design purpose. We will also explore opportunities of alternative office solutions whenever possible.

Interior Design
To conduct schematic, conceptual, developmental and final design services. Making sure the required functionality, convenience and delight are incorporated in our final design solutions.

Building Services & IT Engineering
Design and/ or improve engineering systems compatible with base building provisions while meeting the client's operational & health/ safety standards.
Offer IT consultation and management services for the modern office such as server room integration, network cabling, AV and security system. -
Project Management
Good design requires good implementation. Our team manages both pre-construction & construction stages, making sure the project cost, schedule and quality are of the best expected result.

Contract Administration
We offer full construction and procurement services through our affiliated construction teams and sub-contractors. The implementation can be carried out in different arrangements ranging from “open-book” to lump sum “turnkey” contract.

Facilites Management
With an increased demand and commitment to maintain an organization's asset, we have developed a special task force to conduct periodic, preventive as well as emergency maintenance services to our client's built environment.
